About the Artist: Carolyn Martin

Carolyn has an eclectic taste and is always exploring new forms of artistic endeavours. She studied art in High School and then just dabbled – mostly in pen and ink drawiings as she raised her five children. Later after she obtained her degree in IT, her Project Development work at Canada Post led her to a stay in Ottawa, where for 3 years she attended the Ottawa School of Art and studied watercolour, wood and stone sculpting, web design, ceramics, mold making, and more. Always eager to try new things and open to new experiences, Carolyn divides her creative time among various environmental, volunteer, and artistic endeavours.
